Step 3:
Once your order is received, Ash Atelier will process it and reply with the confirmation email with payment details within 24 hours. Payment to be made via DBS/POSB funds transfer within 3 working days on receiving the confirmation email.

Step 4:
Once payment is received, item(s) will be posted within 1 to 2 working days for normal mail delivery. For registered mail, please allow 2 to 5 working days. Meetup is only available for amount of $30 and above in a single purchase and at seller's convenience (Refer Postage Info for more details).
